We had this Greek lemon chicken soup at our dear friend Persa's home and it was love at first slurp. As we say in Singapore. "Good things must share!"
Here's a recommended recipe for this amazing soup, from Greek celebrity chef Georgios Petretzikis. Persa makes it without the leeks, carrots and bay leaves but the egg lemon sauce is the same (and that's where the magic lies). Of course, we recommend you use MGK Organic Chicken bone broth instead of water to increase the flavor and nutrition.
