Who We Are

Our Story

MadeGood Kitchen was launched on 1 December 2020, but its seed was planted years earlier through conversations at a kitchen table surrounded by a family that eats a lot and a dad who likes to cook. Today we're a family spanning four generations, which means we have the old and the young and every age in between.

We live in an age of "too much data, not enough information". When it comes to our health, it's hard to discern what's truly good for us. But one thing we believe is that food is indeed our best medicine if we give it a chance.  We're here to help you find what works for you, starting with simply eating better.
