The vegetables are first brushed with extra virgin olive oil and coconut aminos before roasting, then slowly simmered in mineral water to create a deep, naturally umami broth.

Kombu, also known as dasima in Korean and haidai in Chinese, gives this broth its beautiful savoury depth.

Use it for noodles, soups, vegetables, rice dishes, hotpot, stews, or whenever you want a plant-based broth with real body and flavour.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated for up to a month, or frozen for up to a year.

    If no one is home, our delivery partner may leave the order at your door. Please refrigerate or freeze the broths when you return.
