Always Wild. Never Farmed. The purest wild caught fish bone broth you can find anywhere. We use fresh bones of the top 3 species from our local waters, namely Threadfin (Kurau), Snapper and Grouper. Our supplier guarantees these fish are never frozen until they reach the processing centre in Jurong Fishery Port for sorting, cleaning, and deboning. The bones are simmered in mineral water to extract maximum flavor and nutrients in small batches. Fish bone broth is rich in collagen, gelatin, fish fat and minerals that help build and strengthen your bones as well as heal the gut lining. During our testing, we realized the need to balance the fish flavors with a bit of ginger and pepper to make the broth more user friendly. The result is a rich, flavor packed broth that makes your food sing. We suggest adding more ginger or other seasonings, depending on what you are cooking. Our 600ml spout packaging is resealable. Keep refrigerated or frozen at all times.

HOW TO ENJOY BONE BROTH
Use bone broth instead of water when cooking! This is common in French cooking and a simple trick that elevates French food. Our fave suggestions for how to enjoy our broth:
- As a base for fish congee, seafood soups and even bisque
- Nutritious Instant Noodles with your favorite fresh ingredients. Just use broth instead of water!
- Drink it straight with a pinch of salt to boost immunity and healing

Free delivery for orders of $100 or above. We deliver every Saturday. Place your orders through this website anytime before noon every Friday and we will arrange delivery on Saturday. We regret that at this time no pick up option is available, and we can only process orders and deliveries within Singapore.
We only make broths in small batches through slow cooking. The finished broth is allowed to cool, then we filter and pack into the pouches, locking each pouch with the resealable cap. The broths are then moved into a freezer. Depending on the timing of your order, the pouches can arrive in 3 different states.
Frozen: This means it was moved to the freezer 10-18 hours earlier.
Chilled: This means it was moved to the freezer less than 10 hours ago.
Room temp: This means it was just packed into the pouch and has not entered the freezer yet.
All 3 states are good for you to store and consume.
Please note that if no one is at home to receive the delivery, our delivery partner will leave the bag of frozen broths at your door. Please don't worry about the condition of the broths as they may condense and thaw but you can simply put them in the freezer or refrigerator when you return home. Our broths are extremely stable because we don't add any fermentable ingredients like garlic, onions, chilies etc. If unopened, they will last up to a year in
