A favorite among kids but also with grown ups who secretly still like the simplicity and likeability of chicken and macaroni in a tasty broth. This one never gets old. This recipe is for a single serving but you can adjust accordingly for more people.
Boil a cup of macaroni in plain water until soft, then drain the water. Separately, heat 300ml (half a pouch) of MGK broth in a pot until it starts to boil.
Add cubes of chicken meat (can be raw or pre-cooked, boneless is better), along with carrots, onions and celery cut into cubes, into the boiling broth. If chicken is raw, make sure to boil a little longer to ensure the meat is fully cooked. Season the broth with salt, pepper, and a touch of sesame oil and soy sauce.
Transfer the cooked macaroni into a large bowl, then pour the broth and ingredients on top. Garnish with fried garlic or fried shallots. Enjoy!
