We made this delicious and simple French casserole in a Japanese clay pot and it was "magnifique"!
This is the recipe we loved for this dish, but of course we adapted it by using MGK organic chicken broth, and made it dairy free by using coconut milk instead of dairy cream. If you don't have a covered casserole dish you can use a large Chinese or Japanese clay pot ("donabe") which is what I did and the results were remarkable. This has become an instant family favorite.
