Some would call this clean eating. I call it delicious and easy.
Who knew iceberg lettuce could taste this good?
Start by removing the core of the iceberg lettuce, then roughly break the larger leaves into half. Then chop 2-3 garlic cloves.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or pan. Add chopped garlic and stir. Add the lettuce into the wok, followed by either 2 tbsp of oyster sauce or 2 tbsp of fish sauce. Stir for 10 seconds.
Pour in 150-200ml of MGK broth (we recommend either chicken or veg). Then allow to simmer for 2 mins.
